Super Smoothie Bowl

A delicious way to start the day, with a super smoothie bowl.  Packed with vitamins and easily digested carbs before a run or an active day.
 
Difficulty: Easy 
Preparation Time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries (150 grams) - either fresh or frozen
1 banana (100 grams) - either fresh or frozen
1 scoop of Vega Protein + Greens (berry flavour)
1 cup (150ml) unsweetened almond milk
Topping:
1 Tbsp - Granola
1 Tbsp - Naturya Superfood Topping
1 Tsp - Cacao Nibs
Chopped banana and blueberries
Pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour into a bowl
Add the toppings
Enjoy!
Vega One Mocha Drink
Mix 1 scoop of Vega One Mocha with 1 cup of almond milk, top with cinnamon and cacao nibs and enjoy!
